Performance Marketing Director

You'll be responsible for leading the performance team not only shape marketing strategies but also cultivate deep, trusted partnerships with our core clients. Your expertise will guide them towards achieving SMART goals while navigating the multifaceted landscape of digital marketing—from paid demand generation to SEO and creative operations. As a proactive self-starter, you'll lead teams, mentor junior members, and ensure that every campaign contributes meaningfully to our clients' success.
Responsibilities:

- Be accountable for achieving the defined outcomes
- Set the marketing strategy for a client’s business
- Owning and managing the relationship with our core clients - being valued as a true business partner (not just marketing partner).
- Building strong relationships across all levels of the client business - you’re a trusted confidant and the one they call first.
- Understanding the importance and impacts of different digital marketing areas: paid demand generation (search and social), organic (SEO & CRO), creative and revenue operations (Hubspot & Salesforce).
- Reporting on the results of campaign activity. Your depth of expertise enables you to understand the bottom-up view (how digital affects the bigger picture business results).
- Responsible for the quality of work output from the various internal teams.
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get in the trenches to get things done.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Leading UTTR's digital maturity by introducing new processes, tools and ways of working.
- Being involved with new client pitches, including audits and presentations to prospects.
Requirements:
- B2B marketing knowledge. You know what works, why and how.
- Understanding the relationship between channels (paid, owned and earned).
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience in excellent client servicing/ account management.
- Confidence and competence in decision-making.
- Strong desire to achieve excellent results with energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to handle pressure, demands of clients, deadlines, and a busy environment.
- Excellent presentation skills.
