Business Development Executive

In this role, you will lead our client acquisition efforts, leveraging your expertise in paid and performance marketing. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing prospective clients, crafting compelling pitches, and closing deals that align with client objectives and business ambitions. Your role will involve translating client needs into tailored solutions that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, prospecting, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies that align with client goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a paid performance role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, social media, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management an asset.
